We were referred to Brad from a friend of ours, who said Brad would take good care of us. Our family was moving from California to seek a better quality of life, but didn’t know anything about the hot Phoenix real estate market. We needed a realtor who understood the market dynamics, could guide a buyer through this crazy, insane market, and put us in position to land on a home that ticked all the boxes for our family.
Buying a house remotely is not the ideal situation. However, Brad was constantly reaching out, offering ideas, walking through scenarios, and advising us based on what he saw happening on a daily/weekly basis. More importantly, he set us up with a trusted broker in advance so when we found a home we wanted, we came to the table with a strong and compelling offer immediately. In fact, the home we ended up purchasing we turned down their counter-offer. We thought “on to the next house”. But Brad, knowing this home was exactly where we wanted to be, offered to negotiate with the seller’s agent and try to come to a middle ground.
I’m not sure how it happened, but the next morning the sellers accepted our offer... at a slight discount to what we initially offered! Unheard of in this market! I honestly believe this was the result of a seasoned, experienced, and “how-to” realtor structuring the right offer where everyone wins. While Brad worked his magic to land the deal for us, it was the team at Goddes Homes who supported us from Day 1 that enabled things to transact quickly and smoothly. Brad Goddes and his team are truly phenomenal!
